Cycle path is connected to the crossroads, but this doesn't seem very safe (nor ver realistic). When bike routing from Via Conte di Ruvo towards Largo Eugenio Sirolli, the router tells you to move on the bike path, hence going against traffic; instead, it would be better to go in the northern part of Via Tiburtina Valeria (which is splitted in two). Probably the cycle path connects to via Orazio, and this should also improve the routing, but I have to check this on site (of wait for new images).
