I am unsure how frequently mapbox update their rendering of OpenStreetMap data... May be a few hours or a few weeks, but normally I'd guess a few days.

We only map features that physically exist on the ground. If this feature exists and is known by people locally by that name, then great... if only future planned... then it should not be mapped.
