I have no doubt that they are, but the person who mapped them has used an unknown source, & also done things like make ~150 edits on one cafe in Taiwan, but without actually changing anything? Please feel free to add any details that you are personally aware of!

Looking at it, you originally mapped these 4 carparks in CS 167931447 just as amenity=parking, then in this CS you added parking=surface. It's that bit which has been reverted, but they're still there as amenity=parking only!

It turns out that CS 167931643 was supposed to be reverted, but your CS was picked up instead! I don't know how as all the CS numbers were copy/pasted, not individually entered, so we'll be looking further into that? I can re-map these 4 carparks for you, if you like?
