I can't actually disagree with you about the sports centre, but it does at least show up! :-) This would of course be resolved if they'd render lifeguards, but, in the words of the Gods of Carto, "potentially saving lives isn't a good enough reason to render something"!!! :-(

Hi GC! Thanks very much for your efforts in updating the map! A couple of small points to note though, thanks. The easiest & neatest way to number a complex like this is just to add the street address ie 22 Hansford Road to the area, not to each unit. Each unit can then just be tagged as Unit number xxx in the unit field. & also please don't abbreviate street types - they have to be entered as Road, Street, Avenue etc, not Rd, St or Ave, otherwise they come up as errors. Thanks!

Yes & no re the Surf Club / SLSC. Yes the building is Tugun SLSC, but the main part of it is a social club, known as Tugun Surf Club, located upstairs, open to the public 7 days a week, where the bars, restaurants etc are located. The actual life-saving SLSC is downstairs, access=private as members only, only operates on weekends Sep-Apr, & also has the first aid room in it. Often has a different phone number to the Club, & it's own website / page. After a "lot" of experimenting!, I came up with a way of also getting the SLSC to render: osm.org/node/6200269112, which, while not ideal, does work.

Hi Warin. I just noticed that you've deleted all teh info I had added for Tugun SLSC & moved the lifeguard tag onto the Surf Club outline. Sorry, but why? The SLSC is a different facility to the Surf Club & should also be shown.

Wouldn't say they're a priority as such, just that they're always mapped before footpaths! I've always worked on crossing=unmarked when you just have a ramp at each side of the street, & crossing=marked when there's any sort of line marking, together with =traffic_signals if the crossing is at lights. Seems to work OK, but as with everything OSM, there's always options!

I probably would have been squaring the court & hit the button at the wrong moment! Fixed!

Hi Bart. Thanks for your work in updating the map, but I have a question for you. You've added the name "For the love of hair" to the Mackay Police Station, which doesn't seem quite right! :-) Is that correct, or should it possibly be in the block next door? Thanks, Fizzie

Hi Yourock. Thanks for your work in mapping lots of details, but one comment though. I've noticed that there are quite a few Notes showing that you have created, but you have also mapped the POI that the Note is referring to such as osm.org/note/3188082 for this ATM. If you have added any details to the map, you don't need to also add a Note; or, if you create a Note as a reminder to yourself about a POI, could you please go in afterwards a resolve them? Scottie, it would appear that the copyright restrictions on the various Cadet unit finder pages that you have listed as your source for these Unit locations, prevent us from using them, unless you arranged direct permission: https://www.defence.gov.au/copyright. Did you get the necessary permission? If so, it should be listed on the Data Catalogue.

Hi. You've mapped lots of buildings through this area, but it's been mentioned with OSM Notes that they apparently don't actually exist? This particular one, you've marked it as started & completed 18 months - 2 years ago but it still doesn't appear on any imagery? Do you have anything to show that it's really there? Thanks.

Thanks! I'll update that now. The other bit I'm not sure about is the creek / pond? On their website they've got this beautiful lake but there's only a long skinny puddle in imagery :-) Is it a creek or supposed to become a pond / lake?

Thanks! Yeah, Legoe Rd / Riverlea Blvd is a bit of a question? Location SA still has Legoe Rd running in but their map is a different layout to what's visible in Maxar, so not sure if it should be Riverlea Blvd right out to the Hwy? Also not sure what happens to Legoe Rd in between Buckland Rd & the big roundabout?

The Anaconda website has a photo that shows them at this corner of the building. I must admit that the others are just assumption on my part, but I think that getting them listed as being here is more important than saying that each business is at this spot in the building?
