This is simply the pavement to Back Road, it a separate street.
(the terrace behind it does have address of Grieveship Terrace - but there's no street by this name. Not sure if OSM can handle that!)

Steps here, not on map. 5 high with handrail, up to the north. Top of steps aligns with corner of gardens
