Public footpath entrance around here

Is osm.org/way/367712539 really named "North Road Cycle Path" or is it an unnamed cycle path alongside North Road? Also, can you get from the footpath from the northwest to North Road here? As mapped it suggests that you currently can't, but it's a strange cycle way that prevents access to the main road.

I live in Kirkby Underwood and can confirm this should be a bridleway, continuing to the road.

This footpath is continuous, but on the map there is a break at this point. Please correct.
