Added more names to unnamed roads

Assigned a bunch of street names as well as demoting a few streets to (unnamed) service road status

Changed several unnamed residential roads to service roads

This is not a gate. It's a fence built across the roadway. However, pedestrians can walk around it.

Deleted non-existent gates.

Adjusted the access to the roads that I just added the names to. I have no idea why the access was changed. (Perhaps it was never changed from when it was under construction?)
