At this spot a GPS tracker seems to be going wild for no reason. I am not understanding why this is going on unless this person uses a GPS tracker in his car, occasionally parked in front of this home.

University Temple United Methodist Church is currently being demolished, proposed mixed-use church/apartments under city review. Unsure of how to update for this, should building be removed and parcel remapped as construction site or?

"name=SR-99 Tunnel" should probably be just "ref=WA 99" and "tunnel=yes" and "name=Alaskan Way South"

A lot of cycleways around here seem oddly tagged...connectors to an RCN don't need to be a member of a LCN especially when it doesn't appear that they're a functional part of anything other than to link the RCN (it's not really a route, just a connector, like a motorway_link). Also, which thing just west of here is really I 90? Also, the ref isn't the name, just give the relation I 90 and leave the name blank.

Is Arballo Drive (the loop) a named city street or a non-named private drive? Neither entrance seems to have a street sign. Both entrances have signs that indicate this is private property.
