Leizel, these buildings you've been adding are not squared at all.

Thank you for you contributions. Kindly remember to square building corners you digitize. Just press the 's' key when a building is selected.

@masumune, when digitizing features, and when you're using the Tasking Manager, make sure that you only work within your "cell", and that you don't duplicate features that has been previously digitized.

It's better to direct your efforts in identifying and tracing unmapped features.

In this case, the road w622255280 is a duplicate of another road created two weeks earlier, w618963885.

When classifying roads, use the appropriate highway tags (e.g, secondary, unclassified, etc) depending on their function in the local road network. Do not tag for the renderer.

@josephpada. You need to validate these, the buildings are not squared, and you are tracing the zigzag edge of the roof, instead of drawing straight edges.

It's considered good practice to leave descriptive changeset comments that describe the edits you just made. "Just cleaning up :-)" may not be helpful enough.

This is unlikely to be a department store. Perhaps you're thinking of shop=convenience?

Hi @Arjuna Cagadas. Thank you for your OpenStreetMap edits.

I'd curious about this NLRC project that you referred to in your changeset comment. Is there a project website with details about the project, and how you're utilizing OpenStreetMap?

Cheers,
GOwin

Hi @jose golpe. Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

May I know exactly what you are mapping? I'd like to help you utilize the the artwork tag correctly.

Cheers,

This takes a bit of practice, but this isn't a residential area. Do you notice the tiny structures arranged neatly? Too small to be a house, and likely to be tombs. Area is more appropriately tagged as `landuse=cemetery`.

Hola @jenjerejen I found one of your edits!

Your description includes information about the floor where the space is found, and therefore you could've added that as a tag
`addr:floor=2` (British-style counting, ground floor is level 0) , or alternativeley, `level=2`

That information is very useful for indoor mapping, although many mobile apps don't support visualization of that. The floor level should still appear as a regular tag though.

Also, do be precise when tracing features, and remember to square building corners.

When tracing roof-tops such as this, do not follow the angle of the roof because the satellite is also taken at an angle, which wouldn't represent the building outline accurately. Simply trace the straight edges from each corner, without the wavy lines, and offset the building.

Please fix these, and your other earlier edits.

@josephPada. Kindly review and revise these building edits, and improve the precision of your traces and building corners.

This area is beyond the scope of the Project 4875.

@JosephPada Kindly fix these building edits, and square the building corners.

I'm not sure why you're in this area. This is way beyond the scope of project 4875.
