A secondary road class for these highways are too high. Barangay access roads are typically tagged as tertiary roads, and roads leading to remote sitios as unclassified.

There is no legal definition for living_street in PH, but in the West these are roads where pedestrians are prioritized, and motor vehicles are tolerated to use at much lower speeds. Previously, this alley was defined as a footway, which is markedly different from a living_street. Do you have additional details to support this change?

Using iD is just as good as JOSM. This no left-turn restriction is redundant to the no u-turn resriction, r5697218 added by Eugene in 2015.
