122487918 | almost 3 years ago | Thanks for the heads-up! It's been fixed now. You're right, it doesn' t make sense on that key because I meant to map it for something else key:sidewalk. |
122312787 | almost 3 years ago | Thank you for catching this oversight. The mapillary id has been fixed now. |
120989652 | almost 3 years ago | Hello @Redenqa! Thanks for updating the map. You seem to be interested in fire-related infrastructure. Are you in any way connected with a fire department, or a fire brigade? It's my first time to see an edit made with the FireYak editor/app

98809499 | about 3 years ago | Let us hope for that, Totor. 🤞 I'm curious, do you bike, or maybe use a personal mobility device? |
98809499 | about 3 years ago | Hello Totor. I'm sorry to hear about this unfortunate change in the local bike infrastructure. If there are sharrow markings on the road, then cycleway=shared_lane is appropriate. Otherwisee, a bicycle=yes on the highway element is probably more appropriate. |
102083394 | about 3 years ago | I definitely agree. Your comment is noted! If you're keen to meet fellow OSM mappers in the Philippines, check out our channels: osm.org/wiki/PH |
122674044 | about 3 years ago | Thank you for improving OpenStreetMap, by adding street names. That's very helpful! |
122531524 | about 3 years ago | Hello @mejnelumba. Thank you for edits, and helping improve the map. And welcome to OpenStreetMap! Your mapping goals are laudable, but OSM is keen to protect your private information. Read up more on osm.org/wiki/Limitations_on_mapping_private_information You should be able to search for an address, like "31 Narra Drive, Cainta, Rizal" using OpenStreetMap, or third-party apps, without disclosing personal, or private information. Examples are here: https://imgur.com/pVXfszC |

91471617 | about 3 years ago | Advanced Stop Lines are desirable, of course, but many of these points you added are not supported by any current imagery. ASLs are marked/painted areas, in addition to traffic signages. For more information, see osm.org/wiki/Tag:cycleway%3Dasl Please don't add aspirational elements on the map. |
122392266 | about 3 years ago | Hi Jeff! Glad to see you still contributing to OSM -- with OSMand, too! Kamusta? I hope all you folks are doing well. |
122099181 | about 3 years ago | These edits are awesome! Thank you for sharing your local knowledge thru OpenStreetMap. |
122157219 | about 3 years ago | Thank you for completing the address. The building "name" should not replicate the address information. The address information is enough to make the feature searchable, and ensure your privacy. For example:
You should be able to do the same for third-party apps that uses OSM data (e.g. FB, Grab, Strava, etc.) |
121600063 | about 3 years ago | Thank you for helping improve the map! You can also try adding the street names in the neighbourhood, and other nearby POIs. |
121561061 | about 3 years ago | Good catch! Thank you. |
121498505 | about 3 years ago | Hello @Justin_new. Welcome to OSM. You seem to have inadvertently added natural=water +water=lake to the Heart of Jesus Hospital. Do you need any help fixing it, or can you that yourself? As you may know, OpenStreetMap is widely used by many other users, some for emergency services and response, so we try to make sure that the data we contribute is as good as possible for everyone. |
121363849 | about 3 years ago | Hello @Rjay Vicente. Welcome to OSM. What is Tampei, and can you say anything more about this field project? |
120816865 | about 3 years ago | That sounds great @ xChAoSx. Thanks for sharing the links - they didn't come up when I tried to search for *recent* news. Looks like they've been in the pipeline for so long. If you couldn't wait for imagery updates, you might want to consider collecting them yourself, using Mapillary or KartaView. Even GNSS track logs might be useful |
120816865 | about 3 years ago | Hello @xChAosx. Kamusta? I'm curious about this cycleway tag update you did. Is it really a cycleway (a highway purposely built for people on bikes), or a multi-use path, where cycling is allowed? If it's the latter, it's probably better tagged as highway=path + foot=yes + bicycle=yes This caught my interest because if this is a real cycleway, it would have been in the news, but I couldn't find any reports about it. |
