The unusual tag highway=speedway + area=yes is used here for the area around a raceway stadium.
The raceway is also mapped with highway=raceway, so I wonder if the area should be mapped with landuse=commercial ?

The street names in my subdivision in Eden, Utah 84310 are wrong and some are missing. For example the North Wolf Creek Drive within the subdivision is actually Willow Creek Lane. As a result, my house can not be found.

See Google Maps which shows the streets correctly.
