diameter is an alternative for circumference which is a measurement of the trunk at 1.3 meters up from the ground. It's also in meters if no unit is given. Can you review these two trees to fix the values. See osm.wiki/Tag:natural%3Dtree for tagging trees.

I looks like you added the same restaurant to two different nodes. I'd suggest just keeping the one the business uses as their address even though they may occupy both.

The driveway should be left. It's good for routing for friends and deliveries.

Also, the dir road should be tagged highway=service and if you are energetic, surface=dirt. There is a mapped power line just to the east of where you did you work as an example of what they look like mapped.

Can you fix these two items? Let me know if you need help.

Why did you remove the driveway at the north end of Treemont Lane Northeast? It is on the imagery.

Also you added a power line that connects two different roads. Power lines don't connect to roads.
