Unable to answer "How many levels does this building have?" for osm.org/way/71340013 via StreetComplete 20.1:

these buildings are gone, there is a new building and these have been destroyed, there is one part (small building) that remains.
I think Google maps has satellite photos if that is useful. (I don't really know mapping legal)
