ok this is a bit of a one sees it one way and and another sees and reads it officially different. this edit is about a multi-use path which I've try to put a balence onthe use subpart : tagging but I'm going to ask in help.openstreetmap.org how people

experimental modification.

minor details added and corrections mindful to add hdege as an area and put in the pallisade fences and missing hedges. made a Cycleway_guide highway type for a suspended stretch of footway prioity with note of the incident that saw it imposed.

a couple of updates based on recent observations there was more noted at that time but yet to be transfered from scrap papers.

well it doesn't make to much sense but people have yet to inform me which area system to deploy so i've duplicated both one has logic and is well supported but becks old things that don't test and reject areas while theother is kinder butisn'tas supported

Fixed the size of the Warnford Mental Hospital facility and added a very new path stucure though a newly cut down piece of woodland. Purpose for it is unclear. and did a few things saw today and other buildings that were fin since mapped constructon site
