Misuse of tag "place of worship"

Broadgate Tower splits, and there's a weird roof bit here that doesn't make any sense. Should probably be made into 2 buildings with a relation? Not experienced enough to do it myself.

I'm guessing what's currently set as the name of osm.org/way/352850081 is really just a description of what it is, not a name?
