Entire area from King Road to Puccini Drive is undergoing redevelopment Sept. 2016 as residential subdivision.

Totally ripped-out and replaced 3 year old playground in Rafferty's Corners Park with new, larger one. Still u/c 2016-10-18.

Hummingbird Circle currently (2015-03-11) ends here. Clearing and grubbing has not proceeded beyond this point.

This whole community is called Sutton by the Lake, and is an adult community. Driving through, it appears to be all prefabricated homes, probably on leased land.

Roxanna Drive ends at this point, just beyond Hummingbird Circle (which is incomplete as well). Groundcover beyond this point appears undisturbed beneath the snow as of 2015-03-11.

The constructed portion of Juno Crescent ends here. From this location I can see that clearing has proceeded for the continuation connecting to Roxanna Drive, but apparently no construction beyond clearing. (Still snow-covered)

These overlapping buildings are really all one structure. The northeasterly wing is residential (hotel), the southerly wing is dining and common areas, the large square is meeting rooms, a fitness centre including the enclosed elevated running track, and an auditorium. The link is a lower level hallway with an outdoor swimming pool on the roof.
