"POI deleted"
The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

Not sure if the route planner should include a footpath across the road here.

There is a *very* clear track across the lawn west of the Ukrajinská road, so people seem to cross over to the tramway station regularly, but there's no "official" possibility to cross of any kind here, and it's not necessarily safe enough to cross that main road. - When the route planner is asked for the way from the main station to the old town, it tells you to cross the road here, and some people will feel it's too unsafe, and they would have to go back all the way to the traffic lights by the Šumavská crossing.

(As far as I'm aware (I've only come through there about six times), the only doable and legal pedestrian route from the main station to the old town (following the tramway tracks across the bridge) is via traffic lights (across Ukraijnská 20m north of Šumavská) or via pedestrian tunnel to the south end of the Lidl parking lot, and from there along the elevated walkway (starting at the northeast corner of the Lidl building) along the police buillding.)
