There are gates at either end of this parking lot now, preventing otherwise thru traffic. Appear to be recently installed, possibly because this parking lot seems to be a Tesla pre-delivery storage area now?

One of the rare times that the listed access is incorrectly too restrictive. Road this cul-de-sac today and there's no gate or signage to indicate that it's not a publicly accessible street.

Update access level of paths within gated community areas around quarry. Also, even if you argue you are able to bypass the gates, there are lots of sign prohibiting bikes on the paths. Bike ride 8/31/24

Correct this from "service road" to named residential road based on survey (bike ride 8/24/24) plus Baltimore County GIS shows this as Church Road.

Add footpath from Magledt Rd to Joppa Rd sidewalk. Mapped the section of Joppa Rd sidewalk to connect this up to the rest of the roadway grid (it would not be safe to map a crossing at this point). Based on bike ride survey 8/17/24

This is not a "living street" per wiki documentation. This is a standard exurban service access road / driveway for small development. Not signed as a named street. Based on a bike ride past this road on 8/11/2024.
