These are verified roads and trails. If they are private then they should remain and be tagged as private property. It is also visible by aerial imagery. They should not have been removed.

I added one trail back because I can confirm it is connected by public park land. osm.org/changeset/88104303#map=16/61.1991/-149.9649.

I can not confirm the legality of the other two entrances but I did a survey and there is no private property or no trespassing sign and the trails that were removed have been used for at least two decades from my memory.
