a few more addresses and a bit more accurate mapping on steps/footways around Purok 21

adding more addresses and adding the Lamag Village to the appropriate buildings - since neighborhood is already for purok 21 I added them to hamlet although technically it's also just a neighborhood within a neighborhood

Updating all addr:street to the correct name "Sariling Sikap Road" - the "Main" is written only on unofficial signs but the official name is without the "Main"
