while checking OSMCha noticed this road isn't correctly with etymology and data on General Lim so I added the data

restoring the original data of the assessor's office - while trying to keep Ivan's additions and changes intact .. and decoupling other data from the official city boundary polygons (my mistake, should never have connected that in the first place)
