Hilton Park is an ongoing development - I try to keep an eye on it to update as newer satellite imagery becomes available, but it is far from complete.

Building been demolished, a new care home is being built on the site

Unable to answer "Is this inside a building?" – Tesco Bank (ATM) – osm.org/node/5966332636 via StreetComplete_ee 58.0:

Gone. Clear where it used to be.

I recall this small building has "no smoking" and warning signage about gas, and is completely dedicated to this purpose.

"Gone. Building is signed as "YMCA Tayside" but that too is now closed. Unit is street numbers 25-29."
The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.
