Where is this footpath? All I see is road

What did you used to calibrate your offset whilst mapping Kaho'olawe Highway 1? Changeset says you used Bing and GPS traces but I see no GPS traces on this island and the alignment doesn't match the imagery

osm.org/node/96828123

This node is on a street and says nothing about it other than artwork. Is this a misplaced node?

Do you have neighbours or is the whole unit yours?

This is Marion County and you've listed a source for Manatee county?

What source did you use for this? Tags say Bing imagery, but guessing you surveyed it or have a gps trace?

Looking at http://maps.coj.net/DuvalProperty/ it seems it's an extension of Kevin Road. You can see the outline of the rest of the road too plus Greenbrook Court. The Duval Property map is a pretty helpful tool if you or the other Amazon people haven't used it before

I noticed the review request, what do you want checking/feedback on?

72093841 about 6 years ago

Hi! Welcome to Open Street Map. Always good to see more people adding things.

You didn't add a source, so I was wondering, did you scout this or is there something like a state property map that shows data for this? Always good to have more sources to add data from :)

Also, changeset comments don't have to be long, but a short description is always appreciated

I've been dithering over where to put the line between obvious wooded areas and residential ones for ages and I realise I kind of went a little off the deep end in one direction ^^"

I put it as a neighbourhood because that's where the OSM wiki pointed me when I looked up subdivision, which I think is what these areas are generally called?

freebeer, haha, yes, it can be hard to work out where things are sometimes. You get used to it though

I tend to use a mixture of Esri and Mapbox, Mapbox tends to be oversaturated a lot of the time, but having two different image sets to look at can help with visually parsing what I'm looking at, especially as the lighting is different. It's sometimes essential with outlining houses as esri imagery is full of stitching errors between different areas

bathis: The Duval property map can be pretty helpful sometimes, especially for weird situations like this

Ah, I missed that I accidentally put to p's in apartment. I'm dyslexic so double letters, ee, ea, and ae things trip me up a lot if I don't double check ^^"

I took the name from the sign at the front, it just says "The Paddock Club Apartment Homes" and doesn't mention Mandarin on there. I notice their website mentions Mandarin, but still, no need to be rude about it

Hi! Welcome to Open Street Map.

It's good mapping etiquette to include a brief description of changesets so that others can see what you're doing

Looks like you accidentally tapped US 27 in this edit, though I can't see any substantial change at all

Anyway, happy mapping :)

Hi! Welcome to Open Street Map. I'm guessing you're based near here? I know the current imagery doesn't show much of this neighbourhood

71148969 about 6 years ago

Never mind, see you've done that.

71148969 about 6 years ago

No, and fair, I'll change it back to a building and remove added stuff

71042437 about 6 years ago

Bot? I assume this is someone's project to try to automate doing outlines for houses? I've been doing them by hand so I can definitely understand wanting to speed this up by getting a bot to do it

Name: anc Ἡνωμέναι Πολιτείαι τῆς Νεοικουμένης

Which I think is Greek, in case anyone else is looking at this changeset since it has no comment
