From imagery it appears to be a genuine blue hole with an odd tagging scheme.

I have restored the geometry with more typical tagging.

I have merged this node into the pre-existing feature mapped for Coral Vita (previously mapped as aquaculture).

Hopefully this won't cause Organic Maps to stop rendering it.
