Denbury Homes "Hornbeams" development in progress. Trying to get permission to use site plans (available on their website) to trace over to update the map. Currently (6th January 2024) only the houses facing Hadleigh Road, including the show home, are accessible. The rest are behind construction fencing, but they look to be nearing completion.

The designation of this highway is currently "footway" and it claims the source, as follows: source:designation=suffolk_county_council_prow_gis_data
I couldn't understand how to check the source to see exactly what the previous mapper meant, but from limited local knowledge + aerial imagery, I'm wondering if a different designation would be more appropriate on OSM here? This 'footway' clearly links the road to a farm and other buildings, and motor vehicles are shown nearby which I think could only have accessed via this "footway"? highway=service or highway=track seems more appropriate to me, but could someone please advise?
