On Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at about 4:00 pm, in the 1200 block S. Avenue C a white Chevrolet Silverado truck began to follow a burgundy Buick passenger car. The Buick went eastbound on 12th Street and stopped at the intersection of 12th Street and Avenue B. While stopped at the intersection a male passenger in the truck got out and attempted to get into the car. The male subject was unable to get in and the female teenage driver of the Buick left the area. The exact reason why the male tried to get into the car is unknown at this time.

The Chevy Silverado was being driven by a Hispanic male is his 20’s with short hair. The passenger who tried to make entry into the car was described as a Hispanic male in his 40’ between 5’9 and 6’0 feet tall, medium build, short spiky hair, and a goatee.

The Chevy Silverado was described as a newer model white lifted truck. The truck was described as having black and possibly some red lettering on the outside of it.
