This is not correct, the landuse is no militairy this are historic information. Please do not add this kind of information. Openstreetmap is database where you can see/verify in real live .

Adding building shape are not conform the wiki. Only the contact with the ground is designed. Do not use aerial image but PICC layer you fing in the layer menu on your right of the editor....
