detail for crossings of Barondale near the schools

Armchair map: a whole bunch of cleanup mostly north of Hurontario and Eglinton, including sidewalks as ways and as tags, adding missing crossings, removing incorrect width=1, updating lots of old alignments

Remove tactile_paving=yes tags in Barondale Drive area added by raptureboi - I have personally surveyed a couple of these as not having tactile paving, many others aren't supported by aerial imagery, user hasn't responded to changeset comments

Follow-up to Every Door changeset 167327705: update details I didn't have time to update walking by (`note`, access, etc), show access into the parking lot, merge mural into building

Updated a vacant shop, a fast_food, and 4 other objects #everydoor

Toronto/East York, Danforth to Don, Broadview to Donlands, per City aerial: clean up and update a bunch of crossings, tag PXOs recognizable via aerial imagery (standard Toronto PXO installation with lights overhead)

hydrants along Lansdowne from Bloor to College per aerial (they're at the curb bump-outs which are designed to prevent parking in front of the hydrant); minor alignment; correct crossing markings tag per aerial

Undelete ways for blocked parts of Douro Street which still exist and which will resume when construction is finished. Delete footway link which doesn't really exist, the PXO just to the east is used instead, I undeleted the PXO in cs 167227001

revert changeset 164628739 by a remote #MapRoulette mapper who deleted a crossing which exists in real life because they didn't see it on imagery and didn't think to check way history. #UntaggedCrossingWays #maproulette mpr.lt/c/42266/t/273926300
