This parking lot might be turned into a park (but the story is from 2016, was there any progress?)

There is improper tagging being used throughout this region. The tag place=suburb is being used to tag neighbourhoods while place=neighbourhoud should be used. The suburb tag is for an independant municipality that is part of a large city. North Vancouver is a suburb and should use that tag. District of North Van is also a place=suburb. But all the smaller named areas within that municipality are what is called a neighbourhood and should be tagged as such. This is the case for Canyon Heights, Lynn Valley, Capilano, and so on.

We have street name as "Palmer Street" here. Geobase indicates "Palmer Avenue" except in the southernmost block. Address ranges also say "Palmer Avenue" except on that southernmost block (where I don't think there are any addresses actually?)

What is signed in reality?

Also Canada Post says all addresses on Palmer Avenue are in East York - we currently have southmost 3 houses partially or fully in (old) Toronto - is there any license-compatible way of finding out where the border is?
