Satellite views suggest that Hancock Rd south from here to Baseline is perhaps a service road; not a municipal road?

Footpath runs along neville street and was recently removed off the osmap but it still exists and should be returned

On the map, there seems to be both a natural waterfall and fountain in this location. It doesn't make sense that there's a natural waterfall right on top of a building in an urban area. Possibly the fountain which is also in the same location was mislabeled as a waterfall?
