not sure landuse=military is the best tag for this facility: osm.org/way/117047056 even though its a veterans service facility, perhaps a veteran social facility tag would be best for the site instead

technically all these stops for the Napa Valley Wine Train should probably not be tagged as "public transportation" given its a tourist train that operates private excursions for a fee. Perhaps add tags that designate this as a usage=tourism or something of that nature. A relation for the wine train could also be added along its route.

looks like a ton of imported landuse areas have been mistakenly edited to remove their correct landuse tag just one example here: osm.org/way/43131315. Lots of them in Napa County here have all been edited in the same way by what looks like user didier2020 about a year ago. Some help needed in correcting these tags needed. I have done a few of them already but there are lots more in this region.

building should have one outline for the entire structure and then these other smaller building areas should be tagged as building:part=yes

houses on emerald terrace just to the west here and just to the east here off moe road are missing and could be added as buildings

the old supports (the only visible remains left of the pier) for the Berkeley pier are still here and are an obstacle for boat navigation and could be mapped, unclear what the best tags would be for them though

looks like buildings and roadway has been modified here in latest imagery suggest updating this area to reflect the latest changes
