97598234 | over 4 years ago | thanks for spotting that the road was too long...I turned it into a private driveway otherwise Amazon won't be able to find you... BTW you might want to add the address to osm.org/way/867672424 |
10112250 | over 4 years ago | Heh, sorry, didn't notice it was 9 years ago. Similar thoughts here. Defining a property boundary as a relation of walls, fences, driveways, etc. whilst correct, is clumsy...but UK property definitions are clumsy. It may come up for discussion again due to ref:UK:uprn. Thanks for the response. |
10112250 | over 4 years ago | I'm interested in the use of property_boundary. Should it not be something tangible like a wall or a fence? Or are you intending to upgrade them later? Or do you mean that it's an observable boundary like 2 joined driveways? |
53338304 | over 4 years ago | A long time ago, I know, but just been reading https://memoirsofametrogirl.com/2018/12/29/sloane-square-tube-station-river-westbourne-kilburn-history/ is this actually a culvert and not an aquaduct? |
95937422 | over 4 years ago | Ach, sorry, that is just further down. This is a driveway osm.org/changeset/95949338 |

95527880 | over 4 years ago | It's the footpath/sidewalk |
95937422 | over 4 years ago | Oh really?! I'd like to see you drive a car up that. It's a footpath. |
93483344 | over 4 years ago | ha! I claim the extenuating circumstances of it being a cold November dog walk, and me typing into Vespucci with cold, fat fingers whilst said dog pulls on the lead making the phone move. :D |
94155880 | over 4 years ago | I've marked it as 'removed' on https://osm.mathmos.net/postboxes/progress/BN/BN3/#13/50.8363/-0.1873

94461347 | over 4 years ago | thanks...but, it was my fault that a relation got created because I was trying to do building-parts in iD and failed. I've since re-edited this to make it a house again.

94502073 | over 4 years ago | Whilst I accept that having an ex-railway line on the map has value, as it may become the route of a cyclepath/footway/etc. the addition of the ex-sidings is highly questionable. It really does belong on OpenHistoricalMap and not on current OSM.

90968241 | over 4 years ago | Hi James, I was creating the ref:GB:uprn wiki page and discovered a chain through the taginfo....go to the values, choose one, then find the Overpass Turbo link and it find the OSM object! Kind regards,
|
90968241 | over 4 years ago | Are you that the street should have a UPRN? 'p' as in 'property'....USRN, yes. |
93126963 | almost 5 years ago | Thank you |
92367593 | almost 5 years ago | Hi Rachel, does this mean that they are over next to (above?) the Al Campo Lounge on London Road now? If so I will shift this point over to there.

89984122 | almost 5 years ago | oh yes, thank you, got it! osm.org/changeset/90063511 |
88259279 | almost 5 years ago | no worries. I've added the repd:id and power rating back to the grass relation. Solar Farm tagging is an evolving art :) |
88259279 | almost 5 years ago | Hi, Please take care to retain attributes such as the repd:id if you delete and replace an object. There are systems that use these values to extract data from OSM.
