I don't think motorway junction is appropriate here. This road just appears to be changing in to a divided highway from undivided. A motorway junction is used for things like named exit off-ramps on highways.

The "3rd Avenue" street should have a "North" qualifier on it. Also, numbered streets (like 3rd Avenue) don't go east/west in the Phoenix area.

Proving grounds are not raceways.

Crown King Road has a bunch of motorway_junctions being used for mile markers so that they'll show up on the map. This is incorrect as things should be tagged just to get them to render on the map. The motorway_junctions on Crown King Road should be removed and replaced with the correct key for mile markers.
