Modified the Santa Katarina roundabout to take into account a new street leading north. Removed the strange triangle junction which does not reflect the real layout of the road.

Updated POIs around Lija, Attard, Balzan following my walkabout

Remove inexistent node in Attard

Fixed a number of issues around Triq il-Mosta in Attard. In particular, there's no "abandoned railway", some POI tag fixes and also some simple roadside parking marked as parking areas.

Updated various points along Republic Street following my walkabout in Valletta.

Marked commemorative plaques on the Grandmaster's Palace, added a statue and also removed a duplicate POI.

I've rechecked the speed limits for the Mriehel Bypass here. There's 40km/h speed limit going to and fro the roundabout but there's not speed limit for the overhead bridge.
