Wien 9 (Servitengasse, Grünentorgasse): Change pedestrian surface to paving_stones. It is now a mix, but the areas on which one is likely to cycle or walk use a regular pattern of paving stones now instead of the historical sett.

Wien 7 (Essenz Apotheke Neubau, Mariahilfer Straße 72): Restore opening_hours:signed=no tag (removed by my previous commit). This was already under the new owners when the tag was added, so there is no reason to believe the tag is no longer valid.
