Bergstaðastræti changes it's oneway direction from 1. July to 1. August according to http://www.reykjavik.is/desktopdefault.aspx/tabid-3821/1198_read-26821/ However, it seems that the official OSM tags do not support this. Maybe, in future the following could be used for it: osm.wiki/Proposed_features/temporary (Well, instead of marking Bergstaðaystræti as oneway, time dependent turn restrictions could be used, but maybe this is not the proper way to model this...)
