Trouble making u-turn restrictions from NB Towne Center Drive and SB Town Centre Drive

I am doing work via Martijn Van Exel's Battle Grid. I noticed that the way representing Sepulveda should be a dual carriageway. I am doing edits in the grid, but someone ought to review the entire way!

Made edit to way 13419334. Need field verification of edits.

Added new ways based on tiger 2012 overlay in josm. bing imagery appears to be dated in area. please verify ways exist

OSM US TIGER shows Fitch Avenue goes east west from Sand Canyon Road to Sierra Highway. Unfortunately the JOSM/BING imagery is dated and doesn't show proper alignment. please verify in field or with more up-to-date imagery

Need to review this intersection. Appears that you cannot turn onto Railroad Avenue from 11th Street in BING/JOSM. However configuration of ways indicates otherwise. Need local knowledge
