I think I am now also confused: of the three crossings than have been added in the edit, only two of them are mapped as crossing=informal as mentioned in the first comment. I will provide links below to the nodes I was referering to:

I hope that I have cleared the confusion because the time must be spent for the learning purposes: it is easier to prevent mistakes than constantly fix them.
