Why is from here on westwards "no pedestrian walkway" marked and the walkway shown as separate path. The situation is the same as the ca. 2km eastwards.

Officially the path is closed for renovation (although none obsrveable). Practically the gate had been opened (right of lantern on picture). So is this now closed or not?
