seams there are many tracks under the autorout

While cycling here (from south to north) signage for the EuroVelo5 route lead me along this road, past points 17-18-19-4.
The EuroVelo website itself shows the route as currently in OSM however (past point 7), so I'm not sure which is the correct route.

According to bivakzone.be, there should be a new bivouac spot named 'Martin Pêcheur' in this spot.

It's a regular house, restaurant definitely closed
