gunpowders falls state park has strict no biking rule at some places.the gunpowder fall trail is at places not really accessible by bike so adjusted the settings.

removed barrier gate since it severely limits routing on garmin. plus the other borders in the region do not have barrier gate at the border even though physically the situation is equal.

changed road surface to unpaved since it is a sand surface
