The highly visible cement construction that goes into the river is the former wastewater location where sewage was placed into the river. There is a second cement construction that is east of the official park and can be seen at certain times of the year.

The small Park has existed for a long time. There are two built in metal benches to sit at and look at the river. The city also has a maintained garbage container at the entrance . A river monitoring machine observatory is built in at the shoreline.

Depending on the season, the water level fluctuates and the path may be underwater. In Spring and Fall the path is highly likely to be underwater and impassible.
