Since the Clara Barton Parkway is a major throughway, it would be great to have it tagged with the actual schedule and not merely oneway=reversible so that routers can use it. Signage I saw at several entrances suggests that the schedule is (Mo-Fr, PH off):

- 06:00-06:15: Grace period
- 06:15-10:00: One-way eastbound
- 10:00-10:15: Grace period

- 14:45-15:00: Grace period
- 15:00-19:00: One-way westbound
- 19:00-19:15: Grace period

Two-way at all other times.

("Grace period" = no entry to the lanes that are about to reverse; traffic already in them clears out.)

However, collecting data comprehensive enough to make this edit is probably too large an undertaking for me.

I saw a sign prohibiting northbound travel on South Jefferson Street from this point. I think the street is one way in the other direction, but I don't know how much of it is one way.

OsmAnd navigation told me to use this entrance, but it is for deliveries only and not open to the public; there is a gate. I'm not sure if it is more appropriate to simply add a gate or to mark part of the road as private (I don't know how far the private portion extends).

Needs rename to Richmond Highway (http://www.vdot.virginia.gov/newsroom/statewide/2019/ctb-renames-jefferson-davis-highway-in-arlington-county--names-amherst-county-bridge-after-fallen-trooper--approves-round-3-sm5-15-2019.asp). I am working on it.
