Building should probably be split into multiple outlines (one for the REWE and parking deck, one for the original north residential house and one for the newly build extension in the north-east corner) They have different shapes and purposes so merging that into one seems a bit strange, especially when you want to do stuff like 3D models with the height and roof types.

Not sure if this "road" should be marked as leading through the parking deck. The note "Der Weg läuft nicht so, aber zumindest gibts eine Verbindung." hints at that this isn't the real representation but I don't believe that you can actually drive to the other side. As far as I can tell there is only a delivery entry for the super market at the proposed east exit of the parking deck, the actual parking deck exit is at the west side where the entry is.
My proposition would be to just make the road end at the entry or at least not connect the two points.
