This seems to go against what the wiki says for this tag osm.wiki/Tag:landuse%3Dresidential that housing estates can/should have names on residential tags.

Is there a place tag already in place, as this change just seems to be removing information?

Which property does this apply to? This node is on the road, but there are drawn building here that this data should probably be attached to.

Is this the block adjacent to the community garden?
