Buildings in this new development are missing

There is a new roundabout at this junction.

"Closed down years ago."
The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

Surface: you be the judge. It looks as if it was once tarmac but now is mostly broken up and full of potholes. Note the sign says private.
