The south entrance of Aspen Commons (road) has 'private' right under the road name sign, but I haven't noticed it on other parts. Also I'm not sure if it's private in the sense of access or just ownership. I haven't seen any restrictions when actually driving on it, and now there is an apartment complex located on this road, I'm wondering how it should be tagged. Any thoughts? I may reach out to City of Middleton for more information.
