This area is called "Legend Oaks" and this spot marks a location where there is a new(ish) development that isn't represented on the map.

Goodrich Road at this location heading West from Holverson Road to Pecatonica Road does not exist. It has never existed and is not in development.

Road is named Belair Frontage Road, similar to the "South Belair Road" that it intersects.
