There's an apartment building here, not this mess of service roads (Looks like it was deleted by an amazon mapper in osm.org/changeset/75820821 ).

This is the AC Transit Emeryville Yard, not "Truck Parking".

Alma and the caltrain tracks cross University Ave on a bridge. There is no tunnel here. You can see the seams in the pavement clearly in the aerial imagery where the bridge structure starts.

Road/cycleway/sidewalk geometry and tags need to be checked & updated/cleaned up along upper Broadway. An amazon mapper sort of updated it in osm.org/changeset/73266378 but it could use more work.
